Fantastic service and staff support. Very personal - customers are really customers and not just a number or an assembly line. Feedback is very knowledgeable and honest. Surprisingly competitive with other repair shops in the area.

I just bought a CPO Ford Mustang from Veterans Ford, my sales guy Michael Johnson was great. He was very patient with me as I talked it over at home. After I left the dealership with my car I have an issue now and I have to take it into service, I just hope they can get the issues fixed so I can continue enjoying my car. If the service department is anything like the sales department I think I will be extremely happy.

I always feel like I am among family when I visit Veterans Ford. They are friendly and provide excellent Customer Service. Not all visits are as simple as an oil change, but even when it gets complicated Brian Ziegler always makes me feel like I am in a safe place. They give you the facts and provide you with options. I know that no dealership is perfect, what I do know is that Veterans Ford strives to do the best for their customers. Thank you to all that make my visits positive ones.
