I have been a Customer of Veterans for the last 3 years and two different cars. Always found good Customer Service along with fast and quality maintenance and service checks on my SUVs. I believe they go beyond to make you leave satisfy from your visit.
Love this place. Went here for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff was great and very pleasant. The waiting room was excellent and very peaceful. Coffee and free ice cream. Had a bad experience before when I went to tires plus for an oil change the manager that was working was very rude to me, felt like he belittled me and told me "I need your keys not you. So you can go" while I was with my 2 year old son. I Will always come to veterans ford Tampa for my car services. Thank you for being so kind.

Veterans ford Tampa .. We had the worst experience ever...We stoped by to buy a car around $ 11.000 and they just lough on my husbands face...we was just trying to paying a little bit less interest and fees and the manager up front and the other guy who was in a computer said : Hey man you are is USA you have to pay all fees and taxes and they starting loughing...really?? Veterans Ford is a great place to buy cars, selection is good and the process is comfortable. However, the standout of the whole process was our sales associate, Sean.
