DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! I wish I could give it zero stars. I bought a car there on a Monday night, drove it home and realized one of the tires was low on pressure. I filled it up with air on Tuesday and waited to see if that solved the problem. By Thursday, without me ever taking it out of my driveway, the tire was low again. Recently purchased a Fusion at Veteran's Ford. Our sales rep, Mike, was on his first day on the job. He was courteous and respectful and did his best to assist my wife and I in purchasing the car. He was not pushy or overbearing in the actual sales/ negotiation process. In the end we liked our vehicle selection and got what we believed was a fair price.
Always a good experience at this dealership. I have purchased 3 cars from them in the last 3 yrs. I have always had a good experience with Lorenzo Pena (Senior Management ). Great and helpful service department .
You have to walk your ass off to look at the trucks
Aaron was a great salesperson and helped me find the perfect Ford Edge Titanium at a great price. The finance guy was nice however he was not totally transparent. It took my friend who his a finance guy at Toyota talking to him for him to give me the "fair" deal that I ended up with. I would recommend Veterans Ford to my family and friends~
This dealership is not high pressure at all (which is a nice change of pace). They have a large selection, and are straight forward when it comes to what they can do for you... No smoke and mirrors.
Recently purchased a vehicle at Veterans Ford in Tampa. Numerous times have requested an odometer document to finalize our gap insurance on the trade in vehicle. Finance department assured us the document would be forwarded to our email, in addition we requested return of our remote for our garage door. The document two weeks later has not been forwarded to our email and the garage door opener given to our son in person was someone else's. Now that the purchase is final the service stopped. Just purchased a '16 Ford Edge this weekend and had wonderful service from Rob Coker. The guy was fantastic and really knew every in and out of the vehicles he showed us. In and out with a beautiful ride in only a few hours. Great people, great location. Will be the place we go for Ford. Ask for Rob, he's amazing!
