should be minus 100 stars . horrible place , lies , you need to watch every sec what they telling you and what you signing , you need to be sure the car you picking up is in NEW ( when you buying new ) condition ... not broken from the beginning would never recommend this place

I purchased my car from Veteran's Ford today -- a used Scion FR-S. I could not have been more pleased with the level of professionalism and courtesy I was afforded. Additionally, there was no nonsense, no pressure, and no dog and pony show then it came to my needs and my budget. My salesman and financier were a true pleasure to deal with. I would definitely deal with these folks again if the need ever arose. If you're in the market for a vehicle, you are doing yourself a disservice by not visiting these guys.

Worst customer service. Ford has a problem with the clutches in some of their cars and the problem is not solved. They extended the warranty on the part which is not good enough when you buy a new car to not have problems. I am now on my second clutch and veterans ford has not done anything to help me. Regional managers have contacted me once and have never followed up or returned any of my calls save yourself a headache and do not deal with this dealership.
