When I moved to Tampa, I brought my Ford C-Max Hybrid with me. For the past two years Veterans Ford is the only place I've taken it for service, and the experience has always been excellent. Travis and the other service reps are great! Why would I go anywhere else?
ROUGH START BUT A SMOOTH ENDING!! This is our second purchase from Veterans Ford, sent my step-daughter there to buy. Lorenzo Pena the General Manager came to the plate to rectify what I perceived to be a wrong in pricing of vehicle. Bottom line he did what he had to for the good of both parties, they got the sale and my daughter got her truck. I made a mistake and said some bad things before, now that I have been there and seen how they run their dealership I truly believe this is one of the best dealerships anywhere. After speaking to their manager, he made the deal work and then when I got there everything was done and I was in and out with the truck I wanted. I recommend them to everyone, they do go out of their way for you.

We purchased a van here in 2012. When we decided to trade it in recently we found out it had been in an accident where the airbags deployed. We were shocked that we weren't told this and they were perfectly willing to sweep it under the rug on us. We trusted them since they are a large dealership. I GUESS YOU MUST ALWAYS ASK FOR THE CARFAX! Very disappointed to find out they willingly sold this vehicle to a veteran and his family. It's frustrating that the switchboard operator doesn't take 5 seconds to ensure a live person answers the phone after a customer has been calling for two days and getting transferred to voice mail.
Michael Cash is an awesome salesman. Dealership is friendly and professional. We purchased a dinghy to pull behind our RV.
They gave me a screaming deal on my trade in. It was the best deal around for 75 miles on the car I wanted. They saved me two and three quarter percent on my financing versus what my credit union was going to do. I'd say I'm a fan.
