Weirdest experience I've ever experienced. The sales person was nice, but did not want to negotiate on the price, said they do not negotiate prices. They offered only 500 dollars for my car, I could sale the parts and get more for them.

Take all of your belongings out of your vehicle before taking it in for service. They are very free and open to take what they want out before they return it. I hope my quarters were worth the business. Brian the Service Manager was insulting about it and Lorenzo the GM seemed concerned when I called but never followed up when he was looking in to it. I'm disappointed, so very disappointed.
From an oil change to a brand new car. Veterans Ford is absolutely amazing. I felt right at home and super comfortable. No pressure from the team at all. Roberto Gutierrez was absolutely amazing. He helped me with getting my new car and was extremely friendly from start to finish. This is my 3rd Ford and I will be returning to Veterans for my next future car. Make sure to ask for Roberto when you arrive.
She got her new ride. Thank you to Lorenzo, Josh, Sean and Aaron at Veterans Ford they went the xtra mile to get us an awesome deal on the vehicle we wanted.
