I recommend the service department at Veterans Ford. I went in after 5pm with a tire issue and an employee stopped what he was doing, listened to my issue and personally went out and looked at my car although a tech was not available at that time. I appreciate him going above and beyond. He later got a tech to assist and my issue was resolved. I am grateful because it was the end of the day and I didn’t have an appointment. I never leave reviews but I feel I must this time. The exceptional customer service received from Paul at this location is unrivaled from any previous dealer I have dealt with. I voiced that I don’t have time to sit and wait for calls to the banks and I wanted a in and out. I provided what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay and he match a vehicle catered to my wants. This has been by far the best customer service ever! Paul Ferraro helped me , worked with me & was patient with me. He understood my situation & took his time with me to make sure I was satisfied. I was focused on 1 vehicle but he offered something better , with more features and EVERYTHING . I walked in stressed out and left SATISFIED. Easy to purchase my new truck but after forget about getting a call back there was a part that was left on my old truck I called the dealership the same day and asked them to remove and hold it I was told no problem! After 3 months of phone calls finally was told part is not here basically to bad ur problem they where great until they got the paperwork signed. They had a customer for life that would have drove from Miami to Tampa to do business with them not anymore!
