Overall experience was decent. Everyone was friendly for the most part. Reason for rating is because after buying a used car from them I went to check the oil and it wasn't changed. Jet black oil Totally unacceptable. They also reported it to Carfax that is was done when it wasn't. Then after finding out about this I call to speak with the used car manger and definitely got the vibe they knew they didn't do and tired to play it off like it's no big deal and didn't even offer to get the problem resolved. Be extremely careful when dealing with Veteran Ford. They sold me a brand new F150 but it turn out be a potential lemon. The entire bottom of the truck is rusted yet they failed to identify it during transaction. One of the sale manager stated “ It is not his responsibility to point Out the rust”. I was more than willing to put it behind and move forward with swapping for another truck.
