Terribly unethical business practices and do not stand behind their used vehicles. Facing $600 in repairs before I made the first payment. I believe they knowingly sold me a faulty car. Best to take your business elsewhere.

Love the car, Sales was great to work with, Sami answered all my questions and fulfilled all my request. 5 Star My biggest disappointment was the time it took for Finance. I did a lot of prework prior to arrival. Was told it should take 2 hours. I waited at least 2 hours just to talk to Finance. Instead of 2 hours it was like 5 hours. Again, love the car!
Veterans Ford was straight up with me about some serious issues emerging im the condition of my car. We made a plan that prioritized the risks of delay- some fid not need immediate attention but had to be monitored. I appreciate their candor.
