It was good APT...but now...i can find los of bugs...ants keep fall from vent.. There are mold all atoun window n doors..especially i can find so many spiders...everyday...i will not recommend even i hate u...
Great place to live until the new management company purchased it. Now it takes a week for someone to service anything and rent skyrocketed.
My family and I have lived at Foothills for 3 years and we love it. I'm very happy that the manager has strict policies because it means that I get to come home to a nice quiet place every night and enjoy being with my family. We regularly walk and ride bicycles around the complex and always feel safe. I would recommend Foothills as the best place in North Little Rock!!
