The apts are ok, you get what you pay for. Cooling is horrible during the summer due to pack of insulation in the apts. You can hear your neighbors next to you and below or above you. They give you a citation for having expired tags and tell you to renew them or move your vehicle, yet if someone double parks they don't want to raise a single finger. Maintenance is quick at trying to fix whatever is wrong with the apt.
It's a Beautiful safe place to live. Everyone is nice and friendly. It's right in the middle of all the action. I love all the people in the office. I will miss living there
This is a GREAT place to live. The management goes above and beyond.
A short story to problems with management.. I'm military with a pregnant wife, being charged 4 months of rent to break the lease because of mold in our attic that the management won't do anything about. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY DONT LIVE HERE!!!
It was good APT...but now...i can find los of bugs...ants keep fall from vent.. There are mold all atoun window n doors..especially i can find so many spiders...everyday...i will not recommend even i hate u...
