My graduation party was hosted at the Club House and I was concerned about decorations, however the ambiance of the venue was sensational! My guest were able to "wine down with Coco" in comfort and style. The club house is elegant, spacious and took my Greek themed party to another level! My event was memorable, modern and in hosted in the just the right spot! This living community is a perfect fit for my needs! Thank you staff and leadership of Foothills! Coco Bliss
I love living in this community! We have an excellent staff! It's very convenient for myself and my daughter!
I have lived here for just over a year and have enjoyed it a lot. It's quiet, and plenty of parking at the part of the complex I live in. The big window in the living room is my favorite part. The staff have been friendly and having a pool is so nice in the summer.
I enjoy living here! It's a safe environment and close to where I tend to go! Recommended!
I have lived at Foothills Apts, since Jan 2015 and I just renewed my lease for another year. The reasons I live here : great location, reasonable pricing, great and friendly staff, beautiful and clean area, I would highly recommend Foothills Apartment as your next place of residency. This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The staff is friendly and fair; maintenance calls are answered quickly; both new and older buildings are pet-friendly with a cool dog park; centrally located; the buildings are beautiful with lots of space and roomy balconies. Not to mention the online "portals" for residents that allow me to do everything from pay rent to schedule a maintenance call! I love living here and would recommend this place to a friend!
