Some are outdated. Needs new fixtures, ceiling, better paint job, cabinets etc. good location and friendly staff.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Foothills! The staff was welcoming, helpful, and incredibly nice. Service requests were taken care of within 1-2 days. I’m sad to say goodbye. ** Also, I will miss Food Truck Fridays!
These apartments are terrible and the manager is awful. Very poorly run and one bad tenant has run off multiple families. Do not rent here. Going into further details would be a 10 page complaint. Just save yourself the time and money and find somewhere else.
I love the management and staff at Foothills! Everyone is so friendly and helpful when I visit the office.
We moved here April 30th. We have had nothing but positive feedback. The staff are so helpful and the people I have met are very nice. Glad we moved here.
