RecommendedWe leased several apartments for employees to live in while working in the North Little Rock area for several months. Brittany Pringle has been extremely responsive to our questions and has gone above and beyond in treating this customer well...even communicating with us while she was on vacation. She’s outstanding in customer service!
Excellent staff!! Any issue I have (which is hardly every) they have the right mix of professionalism and friendliness to help ease the day. Makes me feel right at home every time I talk to them. I should talk to them more often!
Spacious places at cheaper price point than other comparitively sized apartments. Management has always been nice. I was notified of entry recently to check appliances and came home to a new dishwasher; Sweet.

This was absolutely the worst experience I've had living in an apartment complex. The community itself was fine, but I have never been raked over the coals financially as I was with this entity. When we moved in, the stains on the carpet were documented and we were told we would not be charged for that upon moving out; we were. The roof started leaking into our apartment and we were charged a service fee for them to come investigate their building's problem. I’ve lived here for four and a half years and I absolutely love it! The office staff is always friendly and helpful, even when I’ve called worried that I left the stove on! They’re always willing to help out. I love how close we are to everything, and the view of the city is amazing! I highly recommend living at Foothills.
I have lived here for just over a year and recently re-upped my lease. The community has been great, management has been responsive to any issues. I have only needed a few repairs, but they have been great!
