Don't come on weekends.This place was closed last Saturday 11Apr. Toastbox beside it also closes. This despite it saying it opens at 7am daily
Food is alright .but the aircon is like non existent. Will not come back again until they willing to improve the aircon or install window film to block off the heat from the sun.

Iced teh C siew dai = ice + water + pre-made teh + evaporated milk. C’mon man the expectation is for our tea and coffee to be made fresh upon order. And at the very least, don’t mix water into teh just to make it “less sweet”. It’s not just less sweet, it becomes diluted crap...
The caifan taste bad, little variety, mostly leftovers from breakfast, but cheap at $4.68.
