Everything was excellent! Our room was very nice. Staff was super friendly. We got cookies and coffee or coco all day. The grille food was awesome and the resturant inside the hotel was awesome. We had a great experience! Also the General Store had a large selection of food and supplies for hikers at a reasonable price.
Although I haven't been in years, this is where my summers were spent every year! Love the place, the people and everything about it. Looking forward to bringing my family here to camp this summer :)
Great place to get away from it all. No cell service, but if you have to connect, there's WiFi in the main lobby. Nice accommodations and grounds. Definitely recommend.
My car club (Chrysler Crossfires) goes twice a year. The staff are family to us. You've got to get comfortable with little cell and Internet service but that's life in the mountains and I kinda like telling people "I'm out till Monday". The Dragon, the hiking, the mountains, I always feel like the city is a world away.
Such a wonderful place to relax and have fun. My family loves visiting Fontana Village Resort and making memories there. The staff is great and there are lots of things to do. The lodge and the cabins are very clean and inviting. We always look forward to the next time we visit, which is never soon enough!
Everyone associated with the resort was extremely pleasant & helpful. Although the General Store & many activities were closed until March & there was no wi-fi in my cabin, I found my time there very comforting. Beautiful, Serene surroundings......Time to reflect & reconnect with my many Blessings! Thank you Fontana Village employees!!
It was the off season, so pretty empty and limited. A run down the dragon added excitement to the trip along with a day at Pigeon Forge. Future plans will be made during the spring and or summer seasons.
Loved our weekend getaway to Fontana Village! It was so cozy and romantic for my husband's birthday. We will definitely be back.
The family just stayed the week of Thanksgiving. We all loved the place. Thanksgiving dinner was excellent. Lots of activities for the whole family. Lots of hiking and disc golf. Already booked our next stay during the summer.
