The best gym I have been to! The coaches are really knowledgable, and you are encouraged to improve your strength and stamina, while being supported. The equipment is up to date, and there are a variety of classes to try, as well as open gym.

I honestly can’t recommend this gym enough. It’s such a lovely women-only space with the best vibes – everyone is so friendly and supportive. There’s a real sense of community, and it makes working out something I actually look forward to. I’ve seen such amazing results since joining, both physically and mentally. If you’re thinking about it, just do it – you won’t regret it!

Love the gym, love the girls, love the support everyone in there gives you including other gym users such a nice environment & very welcoming. Highly recommend the gym I tell all my lovely clients about it 🤍

The absolute BEST community of gym goers and coaches you could ask for. Iv been attending Fonseca Fitness since 2022. I was able to train throughout my pregnancy in the classes including pregnancy course. After my baby was born in the post natal classes and then supported into integrating to Mum and baby classes to now be involved in a Formula programme which is perfectly tailored to my needs!!! I love how this gym is more like a community compared to other gyms I have been to. Everyone is so kind and very easy to approach to ask questions . I have learnt so much about exercise and about our bodies as women with hormones and how it can effect use in exercise and how we feel . I’ve also made so new friends to.
