Current owner of a 13 Civic Hybrid purchased in 14. At 61k the AC compressor went out. The part is only produced by Honda and is on a nation wide back order. My wife had been without AC for a month and a half. I feel as though Folsom Lake Honda really wanted to provide exceptional service so I personally tracked down a compressor from a recycle yard and took to a 3rd party for install. Recently purchased a used car at the beginning of the month. Main sales person was Zach Brown, he was awesome and super helpful. I saw the car listed online in the morning, called to make sure it was still available. Went later that evening took a test drive with Zach and purchased the car that day!
After going into the Service Department yesterday to see my regular Service man (Lynn Yettner), I was pushed off onto another Service man. I went in to have them look at my AC. I did this last year as well. Well...the same thing happened again. I'm so upset. I paid $189.00 yesterday and they said my AC was repaired. Well....yes it worked for awhile. I drove home. I then drive to the movies....and I turned on my AC....and all I got was HOT air. I'm so UPSET. I have been having my car serviced here since September 2015. I live... read more
It's a great too buy your car, it's a comfortable atmosphere there is not any pushing Salesperson, and you are able to talk and express your concerns, about any purchases , and whether it is the Service Department, or General Manager they listen too you, if any problems they try and satisfied you!
John V. made a very stressful situation so easy. From the time I called and explained my problem until I picked up my car I was very well cared for. Folsom Lake Honda has my loyalty. Watch out, though for the guy standing out there wanting to buy your car!!!!!! lol
