If I could give 0 stars, I probably would, as far as their service/repair portion goes. I went in to get an oil change, after about an hour of waiting they told me the oil plug bolt was stripped and they would have to replace the whole oil pan which was going to cost $501. I left and went to a mechanic friend of mine when he had time, he put my car up, pulled the bolt out, the bolt wasn't stripped, nor was the oil pan, and even IF the bolt was stripped, there would have been no reason to replace the whole pan.
