A few weeks ago I took my 2 year old Odyssey in because things just didn't feel right: shaking, jolting, etc. while driving. Terrible customer service once you leave the lot with a car. They didn't get all the required paperwork signed which delayed submittal to Honda Financial. This delay caused me to make a payment on my previous lease which was supposed to be paid by Folsom Lake Honda. I have called and left several messages and no manager ever seems to be available or willing to return a phone call. It has been over 2 months and I am still owed over $400.
