The past 3 service experiences have been terrible - my Pilot didn’t start twice after having service there because of poor mechanical work - they didn’t do the safety inspections as noted. I’ve been a lifelong Honda owner, but when you can’t trust your mechanics work, that changes. Traded in our pilot for a Kia Serento. Would not go back to folsom lake Honda.
I was sold on the StarGard "app" and its "notifications". I paid a good amount extra for this. After signing ALL the loan paperwork and accepting my keys, I found out the app is a web site, and the notifications are emails. (Or texts, which only go to certain carriers, not including mine). MISLEADING AND DECEPTIVE. I will not buy another Honda knowing this kind of tactic is used to increase profits.

Just Wow ! Got B1 service, battery test & new battery, new wiper blades all around & a car wash in a hour this morning. All while I enjoyed hot oatmeal and a vanilla latte for breakfast in the lounge using free WiFi 😁. Thanks Maureen and all the crew who took such great care of my car & I !!!!!!
Well Better then MAITA HONDA, but I'm Sorry $64.00 for an OIL Change your people are CRAZY and then can not even reset the computer system. I had to go back and say something. .But UM NOPE and maybe for something VERY MAJOR, as soon I will need brakes they quotes me me over $500.00 for front & Rear you are crazy??? YEP The only thing I liked that I was not asked by any salesperson can I HELP YOU .... While I Walked around waiting....
