I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism by Folsom Lake Honda. So many lies told when turning in my car by two different people (Manny and another man), and even after filing a BBB complaint with responses from Don. I was told I was paid up and early and I owed nothing else. Then I get a bill in the mail two months later saying I’m late paying. For what?!? They have stated they have tried to call. I’ve offered to prove my phone records of all the calls I have made to see why I owed anything when I pay my bill... read more
