I have a 1989 Civic and a 1996 Accord. They have no trouble working on my old cars and keeping them running. In fact if I have to be in any Dealer's waiting room, it's Folsom Lake Honda. They have many places, of different settings, to make everyone comfortable. Their staff are all very pleasant and try super hard to take care of your every need. Great dealership!
We drove nearly 200 miles south to purchase a car from Folsom Lake Honda and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and we got a great value on our trade-in. Our salesman Darren was a great guy and there was no pressure to add any features. Manny in finance was also really wonderful and the whole experience was seamless. Highly, highly recommend.
Just in for minor service. Treated very well and although they were very busy, they promised long but delivered short, time-wise. Overall, I am very impressed with Folsom Lake Honda from the car buying experience to service. Don’t hesitate to do business here!
