They handle everything correctly and if something is wrong with the car they will let you know ahead of time
For my last service appointment to get my oil changed I took my new care to Roseville Toyota where I bought the car. They were so slow, it took a little over 3 hours for a oil change and a 6 month check up. Now at my next oil change and a one year check up I decided to try Folsom Lake Toyota. The staff were very nice but again I waited for 3 hours for my oil change service . Is this normal, 3 hours for an oil change? I was glad I brought my lawn chair and could find a nice place away from people in the shade.
I tried to be nice and send this privately via email 2 weeks ago, I emailed Jeff Bear the general manager and messaged the service department. No one has gotten back to me. Apparently they only care if you publicly post something. So here's what I sent them: "I just had a very negative experience with Folsom Lake Toyota service department. I usually get my car serviced at Roseville Toyota but wanted to try Folsom as it is closer to me. I got a 1pm appt for scheduled service for today 7/18.
