Not a single service employee I saw was wearing a mask so I cancelled, drove away, and will go to a Yolo County Toyota where masks are required. If no one is wearing masks as they say they are on their website, how should I expect extra sanitation measures are being taken as well?
RecommendedI recently purchased a car there and the process went smoothly. I was helped by multiple people and all of their communication was friendly and helpful. They addressed all of my concerns and were open and honest throughout the process. I never felt pressured or rushed and they were doing a great job following social distancing protocols.
