Had my 1st service appointment today, Matthew Johnson was my service advisor. He was very nice and made me feel very at ease for my appointment. He was helpful in explaining how to sign up for the shuttle. He also sent me a text message if I had any questions during my visit to contact him. My car was done quickly and I was notified by text message when it was ready. I did see they do a high volume of cars at this location.
