Poor customer service regarding return calls. Technicians are not not knowledgeable about older Toyotas. This service center does not go out of his way to help it’s customers. No courtesy car wash. I’ve been treated so much better at other car dealerships this one is the worst. I will never come back I will go to Roseville Toyota from now on.

I have previously taken my car to Roseville Toyota but found I could not trust them with my car after they failed to notice I was having a noticeable water pump problem. I brought my car to Folsom Toyota where they knew immediately what the problem was and discovered other problems that were missed at Roseville. I experienced exceptional service at Folsom Lake Toyota. I was done with a full service including all of the extra work in less than 1.5 hours or so. I was greeted and assisted by the Asst. Service Manager won was very respectful and very helpful. They have a nice waiting area and free WFi. It was an excellent experience.
