My 2018 rav 4 was serviced today, and I was very pleased with their service. I've been looking for a Toyota dealership that cares about their customers. I've been to Roseville, Santa Cruz, and Elk Grove and it was clear that once they sell you a car, you are forgotten...or worse. I was beginning to think that their policy was to sell you a new car, and when the service department failed you, sell you another one. Folsom's Lake is the best!

Best advisor ever and fast service
Had a great service visit yesterday. I was brought in quickly, sat in the comfortable waiting room doing my work, and the service was completed in about 1.5 hours. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Our sales person Juan was great, friendly!!! Thank you The finance department was a different story. All started off good. There was an understanding about our down payment. Folsom Lake Toyota did not do what we had agreed upon. Did not follow through. Very disappointing and frustrating at the same time. So on that end lack of customer service and in the end lack of respect.
