I always take my cars to Folsom Lake Toyota for maintenance and repairs. Gibriel provides the best customer service. He is friendly, courteous, reliable and answers all my questions.
Ed Hayajneh, Devin Smith and Kianosh Sinaki went above and beyond in getting me into my dream car. They worked in every way possible to make it happen without the pushing of salesmen like u get at other dealers I am impressed with their customer service.
PAUL greeted me immediately upon my arrival and my service was completed within the estimated time. Very pleased.
I was promptly greeted and Paul was out to get me off to the lounge. Car ready on time. All works for me. Appreciate the outlets for charging phone but more placed near the chairs would be nice.
I took my 2017 Prius Prime in for service yesterday and Gibriel was awesome! Got car dropped of and service papers signed plus some new needed tires with $170 off(!) in no time at all. He kept me updated by text and arranged for the shuttle to pick me up when my car was ready! Thanks Gibriel! FIVE STAR SERVICE!
