I love the service department at Folsom Lake Toyota. The service writers have all been extremely helpful, courteous and prompt. They have a huge waiting area with many tables chairs and sofas. They have vending machines for drinks and snacks and free water. I have had many experiences with luxury dealers’ service departments and this compares to any of those. Definitely recommend Folsom Lake Toyota for service and my service writer Tyler Maack.
Courteous, very professional , very knowledgeable staff and service technicians. Was assisted by a great service advisor ( Laura Torres) , got me in and out and set up for my nxt visit .
Jolena (sp.?) was perhaps the best service experience that I have had in over 50 yrs. of owning cars. Kind, energetic, really listened to everything I said, answered every question plus volunteered relevant information. Toyota is lucky to have her on staff!
