Sadly my Cataract surgery experience was not the best .. It could have been pure bad luck ? but let me relay my experience ... chose folkestone I never had a problem with my eyes, I simply went to the optician and he said I should get my cataracts sorted before they got worse .. At this time I didnt even know I had Cataracts and my vision was completely fine with glasses.. Optician did not explain anything about the downsides of the procedure .. Very calm professional environment didnt feel like we was at a hospital appointment felt very relaxed dawn the eye technician was amazing
These people booked me for 2 appointments for cataract 2 weeks apart. Then cancelled because their machine broke. Now they want to do one eye, do a check up a month later and then make a booking sometime maybe never. Meanwhile you have eyes that do no see well, one eye short sited and one long. Seems they cater for people who don't have a life and sit in doors all day. Could be months before I can see. How does their machine braking result in this mess? I've lost confidence completely.
