Clinically excellent I think. The only criticism I would offer is that I was advised I would be able to have a question answered during my follow-up call. The person who called to do the follow-up ask me if there were any problems and I said I wanted to question part of the procedure because obviously I had been awake through all of it and something had concerned me. The reason why this fell short of a 5 was because of the receptionist “meet and greet” on 7/6/25 , a colleague in light green sitting next to the receptionist was drinking coffee! The receptionist who took my details , didn’t even look at me didn’t even say hello!
