Cicada killing wasps returned the day after the first treatment which was in the morning. Company returned the following afternoon and spent nearly one hour treating new nests and spraying a topical insecticide on the area. Treatment in the afternoon was much more effective and wasps have not returned.
they did a great job
they're very explanatory on what they're doing and give you helpful hints to keep the critters from coming back
.
I would not use them again.
Tanner, the rep that did the initial inspection was very professional and thorough. We were dealing with a yellow jacket infestation, he explained the process and gave pricing up front. He scheduled the treatment for the next day. The technician Dave arrived ahead of schedule, was fast and efficient, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Thanks David & Lisa, Hampstead Md.
great customer service
