They did a good job very thorough job
I want to put this review in for this company/companys (as they operate under several names) because I want to warn potential customers for pest control. I have to admit I am an uninformed customer. I had gotten 3 contacts from Home Advisor and called them all. Unfortunately, I went with the first company that could come out to do a quote. They are quick to come when you make that first inquiry. But service after that is not good. I spent half a Saturday waiting for their arrival so I could let them in my basement to treat. They never showed up. When I called to tell the office manager the following week, she agreed to my request to be compensated by not charging for my next treatment which they did show up for. I then got a phone message that they were going to come out for the third treatment on a day I would be at work. I called back and left a message that... read more

They were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in my termite inspection
We are only in the first phase but the gentlemen that came out were professional. We ask them to wear a mask and it was no problem. I look forward to see what the weeks ahead look like with our monthly service. So far so good.
Spoke to them; set up a date; left a message to change the date and they did not check messages. Set up another date and they did not show up. Left messages and they never returned the call.
