Contacted me right away and came out the next morning to give an estimate for the job and scheduled the service. Evoked have spoken with in the comps has been very pleasant and helpful.
Folge came out quickly for a quote. Everything was explained thoroughly. We scheduled, and it was only a few days out. When they performed the service, it was efficient and did not leave behind a mess.
Everything in the beginning seemed fine. They explained everything and the steps that they say they would took I agreed with. However, I had multiple people come out for quotes. Although these guys were not the cheapest. They also were not the most expensive. However, upon the actual delivery of the service I was kind of disappointed. They were quick to respond. They sent a rep out the same day to assess my issue. He was friendly and courteous. The only negative is that I had to wait one day for a Tech. I?m not happy but I will gladly wait to support local businesses. I understand that they only have so many hours in day. I?ll update after services.
