The service request was for a hornets nest. We also chose to have the moles and ants addressed after the Fogle rep gave us an estimate. The technician was to arrive between 12 and 5pm, and he didnt arrive until 7:30 pm. The company that arrived, Triangle Home Services, Inc is a *sister* company of Fogle per the rep I spoke to today. The contact says that the technician was to *Dust/Remove hornets* He indiscriminately sprayed the nest with a liquid and knocked down the hornets nest, but left half of it in the tree and on the ... read more
