The experience was great and fast. The tech made sure I understood everything
Very polite and professional. They came the day after I called for help, explained what would be done after checking the inside and out of the house. Gave quite an educational view on mice and their way of life once in your home...That was on a Saturday. On Monday they came within their 4 hour window, called on their way. And sent a reminder call a few days before the next visit.
I will them for now on for my real estate business
Hired Fogle almost a year ago to get rid of mice problem in my house. Was very patient, but did not see any improvement after 9 months ( was getting worse) so I decided to hire another exterminator. They informed me that they had never seen such a bad approach to catching mice !! ( How was I supposed to know???) After 2 weeks with the new company I have noticed a signifigant improvement. Maybe they are better with insects or ants but what a waste of money !!!
Very professional. Took the time to explain what they were doing. They gave me peace of mind.
Tanner was very personable and took time to explain everything. The work hasn't been fully accomplished yet but they have been very flexible with our changing schedule.
Courteous; removed bees' nest and explained the extent of the damage created by the bees.
