Very happy with their service.
Before getting me in service, they responded to my phone calls very quick, as soon as starting service it was very hard to reach them. They came for treatment but it worked for 2-3 days and after that it got worst. When I called them after scheduling an appointment, technician didn't come on the day that was scheduled. They rescheduled me for a week after and they bill me again for the 2nd time that he came. They told me that technecianwould cover all holes around but tech said he couldn't do it. I just began service with them, so I'm unsure of how there long term service is. But I began service with them because of excellent customer service and great pricing. They were convenient when it came to scheduling, they looked over the home for holes and had someone out to exterminate that same day.
They were very quick to contact me and were able to provide service within a day. They were great about communicating and keeping me informed as to their status on the day of the inspection.

I hired Fogle Termite and Pest Control, Inc. to perform an inspection prior to an upcoming new home purchase. They were prompt and informative. The employee was courteous, respectful and knowledgable. I would hire them again.
They were promt in responding to my service call, however they failed to inform me that they were not opened on weekends. They placed a trap Friday afternoon and the rodent was caught Saturday. Had to wait until Monday to have it removed. Message on phone, I'm with a client, please leave a message. They called on Sunday and said they would pick up on Monday. Did'nt like that the groundhog was caged all weekend.
