I am rating their work quality a 4.5 as they have not done the treatment to my home yet. But, I can say, that from Casey who was in the office, to Andrew, who came out and did the inspection, their customer service is second to none. Tony came for estimate. He was thorough. Looked inside and outside. Went to basement and brought ladder to look in attic. Used time to educate about the ants and what makes one property more likely to get infestations than others. He did an initial treatment and called for his colleague to follow up the next day.
Fogle Termite and Pest were able to get an inspection done at my future home with very little notice. They were flexible with their schedule and very thorough with the inspection. They also completed the report and had it returned to me and my realtor promptly. I would be happy to give this company my recommendation.
This company did a fantastic job of getting rid of the mice in our attic as well as repairing all the gaps (mouse entry points) that the builders left. The advantage of hiring this company is having the home repair expertise as well as pest management. They took pride in their work and were meticulous in protecting our house and contents during the whole process. Dean came to house, inspected and said I don't have powder post beetles. The buyers company said I had them and had to have the house treated. Dean saved me hundreds of dollars.
They did a great job, explained a lot, and I have scheduled for annual service.
