Home advisory website mislead
They billed me for service not rendered, they missed getting wasps nest from eaves even after they were pointed out to them, they didn't show up for scheduled appointments, they didn't return as promised, they said they treated the outside before I arrived home but it was completely dry minutes later (on previous treatments it was very wet and you could tell it was really treated, they lost my trust and my business and I'm out $ for treatment charged but not provided. Prompt, great customer service, explained all options available, was very reasonable
I was charged without my knowledge, without permission, no invoice and no services rendered. I never agreed to auto pay. And after we had a conversation about sending people to my house, they sent people to my home without me knowing
Received an appointment the next day and the service was completed within 30 minutes.
The technician who came to evaluate prob was polite and professional. Was not home whe service performed. I did receive. phone updating me on expected time and second when leaving prev appt. came on sat but did not charge extra
The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to address our needs the same day-
