Paid. Chased. Ignored. Repeat. Welcome to customer service, where you’re the only one doing the work. It’s honestly kind of a joke. Avoid this company — unresponsive, disorganised, and completely unreliable. Unnecessary stress and a total waste of time.
Still no report. No progress. No accountability. Now requesting a refund. It’s now been two weeks since I paid this company for a Condensation Risk Assessment and U-Value Report, and I still haven’t received anything. Worst of all — I don’t even know if the work has started. Despite their website promising a 3–5 working day turnaround, there’s been zero progress, zero communication, and zero accountability.
