Wish it was here! – We lived in Vancouver for 14 years and whenever anyone came to visit, we took them to Flying Pie and it was ALWAYS great. We've been away from the area for 10 years now and haven't found another pizza restaurant to compare. Wish they'd open up a place in Florida. How about a franchise???
"Pantastic Pizza" – The first time I was taken here was by my father when I was in town to visit!! At first I just thought that it would be a typical "pizza" place. But this has got to be the best pizza EVER!! It is a must when I am in town to visit!!!
Pizza Dreams – Fun casual place. Kids love it. Grandma loves it. Friendly folks who know pizza and have become part of the neighborhood.
FLYING HIGH PIZZA – EXCELENT PIZZA & CALZONE - LARGE CHUNKS OF FRESH VEGITABLES &MEATS. THE CALZONES ARE LARGE ENOUGH FOR TWO, VERY EASILY. ALWAYS CROWDED, SO GO EARLY!
It Flew – I've always wanted to see pizza dough tossed in the air. They did it and I enjoyed the end result. This place was great. We had the whole wheat crust and it was great. The toppings are fresh and bountiful. My husband and I ordered a twelve inch and took some home. We never do that with any other 12 in. It's a great deal and great pizza.
Top Notch Pizza! – Made my third trip to Flying Pie this week and I have confirmed that it is one of the best pizza joints in the PNW. Inspired spicy sauce, great cheese combo (extra points for Romano in the cheese blend) and tons of toppings all place Flying near the top of Portland's pizza class. This place is all about choices. The best! – Amazing stuff. Have never had better pizza. The tables on the ceiling are definitely unique.
the pie stops here – this is a great family place or just the two of you. the pie's a big and very filling. you can just go and talk and eat for hours, the kids can run and play games. we went there with about 8 people and kids too we all had a great time and we got about 5 diffrent pie's so we got to try a bit of everything. we go back about 2or 3 times a month. check it out, you'll love it.
