Should have been the best!!! – Great pizza!!! Great atmosphere!!! While some of the help may not be the friendliest, the quality and quantity of the food make up for it. Be sure to bring a book or be in the mood for one of the games that they have too loan. You will have a long wait for your food but it is well worth it.
Flying Pie is flying high – Flying Pie has the best pizza I have ever tasted. They load the pizza with a ton of toppings and their slow moving circular oven keeps all of the flavor in. I don't live in Portland anymore but whenever I visit I make sure to head over to Flying Pie.
Fly with the best – If you have a weight problem, don't come here! You will leave so full that you need to be wheeled out to your car. Not only is it a generous portion, it is also about the highest quality around.
mmm GOOD – fLying pie is great for those who like to eat. They ADD the toppings on like moutians. its even great maybe even better the next day.
holy wow! – flying pie pizzaria has the best pizza in the world, flat out. there's just no denying their amazing ingredients. I'd highly suggest you go out and try the sourdough crust with pesto sauce, jalepenos, sausage, onions...and some other things. I forgot what it's called (!!) but it's an AMAZING pizza. wow.
Flying Pie ROCKS!!! – Flying Pie is a Portland institution -- and for those of you in Seattle, check out the Flying Pie in Issaquah on Front St. It's a little piece of home for those transplants from the Rose City :)

Flying Cow Pie!!!! – WORST PIZZA EVER!!! This pizza is bad even for Portland. They advertise as authentic New York pizza which is a crock. They obviously haven't been anywhere near New York because the crust sucks and the sauce sucks. As for the toppings...the sausages are literally like boulders, the pepperoni's had no flavor and the vegetables were thick cut. They should be jailed for false advertising. No self respecting New Yorker would ever be caught buying a slice from these guys.
mama mia – A friend if mine took me to Flying Pie approx. 15 years ago. I found the atmosphere awsome. But absolutely nothing compares to thier pizza! to this day I still return. I have traveled almost two(2) hours so I could enjoy it! Whenever describing it to someone that hasn't had the pleasure, I tell them "it's got the best crust, and Flinstone size toppings."
