Rockin' Pizza – More pizza and toppings than you can imagine!!! My Pizza was HUGE! Taste is second to NONE!
Tasty, Tasty!!!! – My husband and I went to this place last week and it was great. The service was good and fast. We got a 14" pizza and I couldnt even eat two slices. One of our toppings was Canadian Bacon. It was nice and thick, very meaty. The topping were piled two inches high! The cheese was very good, the sauce was great. It was an all around great place. I would recomend it to anyone
Theee Best Pizza! – This is definitely hands down the best pizza I've ever had! The size of the toppings are huge! And a very fair price too. Fun to eat in or take out.
Flying Pie Rules – Pizza is great, employees are friendly, and subs are the best. Just wish it was closer to home.
Best Pizza in P-Town – Flying Pie (on Stark) is easily the best pizza in town. You can get thin, deep dish, etc., and they provide plenty of fresh toppings. The sauce is great too. Be careful if you order a meat topping.....they really pile it on.
Heart Attack Worthy – I have introduced NUMEROUS people to the joy that is Flying Pie Pizza. My friends and I have different categories for Pizza, but when we want REAL pizza, we hit Flying Pie. The medium Combo #1 Pizza seems to weigh 5 lbs and those of us that normally eat 3-4 pieces of pizza can only eat 1 of the large and hefty slices. Heaven and Heart Attack worthy are phrases that we use to describe the gooey cheese and multitudes of meat.
Tossed (and eaten) with pride – Don't know anywhere that serves better food, works as hard, or has more fun.
Yummy to My Tummy – The fact that Flying Pie makes the best pizza in Portland is a given. What keeps me coming back is the fabulous service, great value, and fun atmosphere. The decor takes me back to 1984, which is a good thing! The teens behind the counter are service oriented and friendly, not the disinterested gangsta kids you find at so many other restaurants. Be sure to tip so you can hear the entire staff yell "woo hoo!" Have a beer and play a game of Scrabble while you wait for your pizza. Good times!
bountiful – Flying Pie out does any other pizza place in town. Where else can a grown man be filled by 2 slices of pizza. Their quality toppings are piled mile high at a fraction of the price of "fast food" pizza places. And what other pizza place will give you fresh garlic at no cost?
