I am overwhelmed by how helpful Jamie was today. I messed up my order with Interflora by giving an old address by mistake. I had no response from Interflora but was given the direct number for the florist so I thought it would be worth a try calling directly to amend it. I was greeted on the phone on a Sunday (business was closed) by Jamie and he was so pleasant and polite. He asked me to call back this morning to discuss it. What an absolute gem! I’ve ordered flowers from this florist before, and they’ve been beautiful bouquets of Lillie’s. I went into the shop today for an emergency, (forgot anniversary) bouquet of Lillie’s. Spoke to Jamie about what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I went to get a coffee and and cards, upon returning to the shop there was another brilliant bouquet waiting for me. Thank you I recommend this florist.
