Friendliest and most welcoming gym I have been to. Everything is about your own work out while surround by like minded people. The coaches are great and really supportive to make you feel anything is possible to try with different variations on exercises. I’d absolutely recommend Flow to anybody thinking about joining up!

I go to Flow 4-5 times a week and every time I attend the experience is different. I have got know a completely new set of friends who I work out with and as a result the sessions are and refreshing.

I recently visited Flow with my wife and father-in-law, who attends regularly, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The facility itself is spotless and very well equipped, creating a great environment to train in. I particularly enjoyed the class format; it was well-structured, scalable to all abilities, and ensured everyone got plenty of quality work in. Overall, an excellent place to train and I will be back soon!
