Was told on my inspection sheet that my fluids were topped off. Little did they know that I went in with empty windshield washer fluid. They marked it as sufficient and didn’t top it off so it was still empty when I left. I called Chris about being lied to and left a voicemail and he never called back. I got a text asking how my service was and was told that I’d be contacted by a manager. No one ever called. Lies are not good in customer service.

Flow sold me a 2014 car with a 2012 battery in it and were unwilling to help me when it went bad. The General Manager called me a liar saying batteries don't have dates on them. Horrible customer service. They don't care about you only your money!
Bobby is the best! Everybody there is so nice and helpful. Love going there.
Michele Helms is a gem. We have been dealing with her since 2010. It is more like family, love our new CR-V....and the feeling in the showroom is we are not just a sale, we are a part of FLOW.
