They charged my son over $100 for an oil change. Other dealers including Flow in Winston quoted me around $45 for the exact same service. I left the service manager several messages with no return call. I’ve been a long time customer but will not return. Service was great before Flow took over.
RecommendedHad a recall on my Honda and went to Flow Honda of Statesville and they handled everything very professional and in a timely manner.
Do NOT bring your car here to get serviced! Every time my wife goes in for a service, inspection, etc. They try to tell her she needs this and she needs that and they get mad and they get an attitude when she says no. If you have the time take your car to Hendrick Honda in Hickory, you'll be very pleased!

We are amazed at the outstanding customer service we received at Flow Honda of Statesville! We have been loyal customers of another Honda dealership, but our last visit there left us disappointed. We contacted Flow Honda and were immediately put in touch Billy, the general manager.
