Went in today because they were having good interest rates. The salesman was great that’s the only thing good about today. Left because of something we had no control over on credit report (fraud activity) which was cleared!!!! then they wanted us to drive all the way back (45 minutes) on Monday to pick the car up because Honda needed to verify to make sure it was really us. Do not recommend Honda of Statesville. Seems lately I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them. Today is the second time I’ve submitted a coupon that either they would not use or did not honor the price written on the coupon but rather “discount” their original price. They are privately owned so forget speaking with corporate because they can’t “incorporate their rules on privately owned Honda’s dealerships.” If you can’t honor your prices then what is the point of a coupon Honda? Brittany We apologize for any confusion and we understand your frustration. The coupon that was brought in was for a $29.95 Oil Change Only. The normal price for the oil change is $49.95 so the discount was $20. When the vehicle came in it was coding for the A1 service, which is the oil change as well as a tire rotation and balance. . We applied the $20 off to the A1 service that was approved for us to perform when the car was brought in. The A1 service is normally $84.95. The absolute WORST service department EVER! DO NOT GET SERVICE DONE HERE! I had a whole service done including timing belt replacement and my vehicle still isn't running right. It was fine before this suggested service.
RecommendedI had a great buying experience when I purchased my CRV August 2018. I continue to visit Flow to get my vehicle serviced. The staff is always super courteous and efficient. At my oil change today, the staff went above and beyond by washing and vacuuming my car after they discovered I work in healthcare. I'm blown away by Flow's generosity and am so thankful to have a dealership I can trust. Thank you Flow Honda!

This place is a rip off. I came in for a simple oil change and transmission flush, was told one price on the phone and was charged another when picking my vehicle up. Now, I mysteriously have more issues with my vehicle, than when I left it, including a check engine light, I guess they weren't happy with me declining some optional overpriced services they suggested. I mean who would pay over $300 to get their spark plugs changed. They refuse to fix whatever they messed up, or even admit fault....I will never do business with... read more
