We have always had the most professional and caring service at Flow Honda in Statesville. We just bought our 3rd car there. We bought 2-2015 Honda CRV’s and had tremendous experience. Just bought a 2018 Honda Civic yesterday, 10-17-18 and again the most professional service. We would not go anywhere else. Talk to Michelle Helms and get the best in any car buying experience. This is the WORST place to buy a car!! They have terrible customer service and just down right rude. I have been riding around with 30 day tags for 3 months and nobody will contact me back like was promised. So I warn anyone looking at buying a car go somewhere else!!
Ask for Bryan in sales when looking for a Honda at Flow. He is very professional and has a great personality. He was very helpful in answering all my wife's questions with no pressure to sign on the bottom line. Deal with Bryan and you will have a great experience and the Flow management who we met is also fantastic.
Absolute worst!!! 2 months now I've been chasing people to get my tags. Still trying. No one calls back. No assistance. Have been going all the way up to corporate. The managers there are all impolite.
Great dealership with a wonderful staff. My only recommendation would be to have more then one person detailing cars.
