My steering wheel lock nut was not tightened back completely which caused my steering wheel to shake. This is not safe for anyone but knowing that I put my kids in this vehicle made it worse. I will not be returning to this place. I will continue to drive the EXTRA miles to Hickory for my service needs.

I went to get maintenance check on my car and didn't know Flow Honda of Statesville work with other their sister stores like Toyota, Mazda, nissan...etc. Knowing that their competitor and they still work with eachother that make them awesome.
Dear Flow Honda, My service experience was perhaps the best I could hope to have. I was taken in exactly on time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with coffee. All the staff were friendly and courteous. I could not hope to have better service. I will be returning in the event that I am shopping for a new car.
